Sellweb Ltd Dispatches worldwide.

Sellweb Ltd Online shop dispatches worldwide with DHL. All shipments are insured. Companies must provide their business name, registered office address and VAT number, this information is necessary for invoicing.

Tracking information will be available once the shipment has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. Sellweb Ltd is not responsible for any delivery delays once the parcel has left our warehouse.

Sellweb Ltd shall not be liable for any party or third parties for damages, losses and costs incurred.

Inspection of Goods.

You  must inspect the goods on delivery. If you identify any damages or shortages, you should inform us in writing within 2 days of delivery, providing details.

We will only except returned goods if we are satisfied the goods are defective. If required, have carried out our own inspection.

Subject to the goods being defectitve, Sellweb will as appropriate repair, replace or refund.

Returns and Refunds.

In order to return an item you should first email enquiries@sellweb.co.uk with the reason why you intend to return the item, should this be the user no longer requires the item, this must be done and returned to Sellweb Ltd within 14 days in the condition it was dispatched. Once the goods have been received by Sellweb Ltd and inspected a full refund will be issued within 7 days.

If your item fails within 12 months, please contact us before returning the item. All warranties will be repaired free of charge and returned, Should the item be beyond repair, we will provide replacement.

Warranty voids.

In the event of a failure, please never open the unit or attempt to repair as this will invalidate your warranty. if a failure occurs due to normal wear and tear, incorrect installation, external fault, incorrect storage, the 12 months warranty will not apply.
